Neckline is elastic with split front and delicate ties. Placed just so on the shoulders will stay with ease. Open the front ties and create a dynamic cleavage look. Nice puffy sleeves with elasticized wrists open into a very full generous ruffled cuff, yet not so ornamental that it gets in the way of movement.  S/M is an excellent pre-adult or petite choice as the sleeve is built for shorter arms, Large is the perfect full blousy effect for size 6-10, larger sizes will be more drapey, and give you a deeper neckline.
