So we approached a British Pub supply house in UK to get very authentic, hard to find solid bottomed food-safe heavy and groovy solid pewter tankards and goblets.
The classic solid pewter tankard, this one does not mess around. Solid pewter weighs in at nearly 2 pounds! Holds 17 ounces. Pewter is mixed with aluminum to be a food-safe pewter.  Actually not as shiny as the pic, more matte finish.
