A versitile item for pirate and bellydancer alike.  I like to use one as a hatband and let it dip down in the back of my head to cover my neck.  I tie on underneath my sashes and belts to add sparkle and jingle to my skirts.  Over a pair of leggings it's enough to call a costume, over the pirate/harem pants it's an exotic corsair look.  16" wide including the dripping beads and coins, clever scalloped edge too.  A full 63" long and tapers to tie without bulk.
