4 tier, 23 yard hem Tribal Bellydance Skirt.  This is a one size fits most item. Super wide super strong 2 inch wide elastic waistband stretches to fit from 24 inches to 44 inches, and the skirt is 37 inches long. 100% cotton with slightly gauzy weave.  Hang or flat dry is the best care.  This will shrink a lot on high heat, so NO HIGH HEAT!  (I made that mistake,now it's a mid-calf overskirt).
