Wool Felt Colonial Tricorn has soft elastic headband inside for easy fit.  slightly turned in sides can be steamed straight up, and also decorated with any sort of trim you choose to go over the plain white gross-grain ribbon band with a glue gun and some imagination.   One size fits 21" to 25" (size small to XL)
