A heavy cotton kilt with sewn-in pleats with all this silver metal hardware is a very hard find for this wonderful price.  Lots and lots of details to list.  Flat front has large zippered closure with a wide privacy panel underneath.  External pocket is pleated for a smooth, flat fit, & have a 4 snap closure, black strap detail with D ring, as well as half snap detail on all four corners.  Waist has buckle straps on either side to allow for up to 4 inch waist fit out of each size.  The belt loops in the front are extra wide with criss-crossed black straps & silver holes and D rings.  Around the back, the belt loops are simple straight single straps with the same silver holes and finished with a D ring at the bottom.   Other than the center front panel, the rest of the kilt is pleated from the bottom of the waistband to the hem, with sewn in pleats.  That makes it easy to press them back into shape when needed.   Tripp logo shows stamped into all D rings, snaps and a single red tag on the left pocket, with NYC and a cross cut out of the zipper.  Solid black, olive drab army green, or Pinstripes.  Largest measurement under size is the waist with no cinching of the side straps.
