This is a very special skirt, made in 2 overlapping juxtaposed layers of soft, delicate, gauzy viscose rayon, you would never know it's not a fine cotton except for the fact that this steams out so easy you won't believe it. Drapes beautifully and spins wide.  The double layering is the best thing since spiced rum. Waistband is wide and comfortable with both elastic and drawstring so you can take a larger size for fullness and length, and just cinch it in as much as you like.  Smaller sizing is good for shorter wenches and a slimmer fit.  The 2XL is roomy enough for 3X pirate queens.  Remember, this skirt is 2 layers of the same color, use a peasant skirt in a different color for a contrasting effect.
