This is a very special skirt, made in 2 overlapping juxtaposed layers of soft, delicate, gauzy viscose rayon, you would never know it's not a fine cotton crinkle except for the fact that this steams out so easy you won't believe it. Drapes beautifully and spins wide.  The double layering is the best thing since spiced rum. Waistband is wide and comfortable with both elastic and drawstring so fuller wenches can have lots of comfort and smaller wenches can cinch it in as much as you like.  Remember, this skirt is 2 layers of the same color, use a Peasant or Everything skirt in a different color for a contrasting effect.  For a more formal look, try the Satin Jacquard version.
