Make and age your own spirits with a complete kit that includes one 3 liter white oak cask, 2 bottles of essence, a cleaning kit and a paper funnel   Comes with recipe, barrel curing instructions and aging instructions.  Most take just a neutral vodka, or grain alchohol and some take sugar, but nothing more complicated than that.  Don't forget you also are choosing the color of bands on your 3 liter cask.  All casks come with cleaning tabs, bung and stand.  When you're all done (and fully recovered) come back and buy just the essence bottles and try another flavor!
