Dress Like A Pirate and Hals! (since 2001) uses recycled (and many times pre-printed) packing and shipping materials.

Domestic shipping is based on UPS or USPS, by weight and zone, from Portland, Oregon. All packages come with tracking and liability coverage through UPS, but not DLAP.C. Upgrade insurance through USPS is optional and must be requested.
Any UPS residential order over 150.00 must have a signature for your protection
against theft. You may request \"No Signature Required\", but we
cannot replace shipment if it shows arriving at its destination.

Everyone is entitled to one free exchange (for size or color). Return pre-paid package labels are available upon request. Boots can only do this by UPS Ground.

Full Returns including original shipping can only be accepted if the item is defective.

Because of hygienic concerns, we cannot accept back any item that has been
worn (try-on ok).

There will be a 10% restocking fee for anyone sending back
clothing that has been crumpled and crammed back into the box with no attempt to
fold. Returns will not be accepted past 60 days from purchase date.
