As charming as Alice through the looking glass, this mini bustle skirt will hypnotize even the cleverest of Cheshires.  Bustles to the desired effect with drawstring, and adjusts to the perfect fit with back lacing, like the long ones.  22 inches from waist to hem.  Add a petticoat for more awesomeness.  We did.
